Culinary Adventuring

Many of my favorite memories have food or a meal playing a leading role.

  • sitting outside next to a woodfire grill during the Festival de Lisboa, eating through the whole menu, and drinking all the caipirinhas.

  • the tradition of garlic fries at the home opener of the San Francisco Giants which my best friend and I have attended for over 10 years in a row.

  • a pear and Gorgonzola pizza at the tiniest restaurant in Sestriere, Italy where I attended the 2006 Olympics with my dad and brother.

  • the grilled artichoke from Rutherford Grill, where so many laughs have been shared.

  • all the wins, fails, and fun in my own kitchen.
